RaffleHash

On-chain raffle protocol.

RaffleHash is a decentralized raffle protocol built on Sui, designed around transparent on-chain execution, no centralized house, and community-run frontend access. Wins mint, losses burn or recycle into the Prize Reserve — there is no house bankroll to trust.

01Launch design

Fair access by design.

RFLH is not sold to insiders. The initial supply exists to open the market, and the rest must be played into existence.

  • No pre-sale
  • No insider allocation
  • 10M initial RFLH for DEX liquidity
  • Non-transferable Game Credits for airdrops

02Raffle mechanics

Transparent rules. On-chain enforcement.

One active raffle at a time. Timing, extensions, fees, and payout caps are protocol constants — not operator decisions.

  • 2-hour base duration
  • 20-minute final window
  • 10% pool-growth extension
  • 48-hour maximum lifetime
  • 3% raffle fee
  • Prize Reserve matches 1:1*

03Infrastructure

No centralized house.

RaffleHash is non-custodial protocol infrastructure, not an operator. Smart contracts enforce the rules on-chain, and anyone can build or use a frontend. Access remains community-driven and permissionless.

  • Non-custodial — your wallet, your approval
  • Settlement is on-chain, not in a backend
  • SUI is used only for gas
  • Frontend hosted on Web3, not a central server

04The Loop

Losses don’t feed a house. They feed the loop.

In a traditional casino, player losses strengthen the house. In RaffleHash, losses are burned or recycled into the Prize Reserve — a circular game economy enforced by smart contracts.

  1. 01

    Players acquire RFLH

Through DEX liquidity, gameplay wins, or Game Credit conversions.

  2. 02

    Games settle on-chain

Individual-settlement games resolve each transaction against protocol rules.

  3. 03

    Wins mint RFLH

The stake is returned and the payout is minted fresh — no house bankroll.

  4. 04

    Losses are split

The supply-sensitive burn curve burns part; the rest routes to the Prize Reserve.

  5. 05

The Prize Reserve matches raffle entries 1:1

While funds are available, every entry is matched from recycled value.

  6. 06

    The raffle pays a winner

One active round, an on-chain winner index, and a capped payout.

  7. 07

A 3% fee funds the Treasury

Until the 10M Treasury cap — after that, fees flow to the Prize Reserve.

  8. 08

Treasury burns RFLH into Game Credits

Non-transferable credits fund airdrops and bring players back into the loop.

Prize Reserve matching is subject to available funds. Supply expansion is constrained by the burn curve, soft cap, and reserve governor.

05Tokenomics

A supply that must be played into existence.

RaffleHash launches with 10,000,000 RFLH — an initial liquidity supply for creating the DEX pool, not a pre-sale. Roughly 90% of the ~100M soft cap can only be minted through participation, constrained by the burn curve and the Prize Reserve governor.

The burn curve

INDIVIDUAL-SETTLEMENT LOSSES

At low supply, most loss-side value routes to the Prize Reserve to bootstrap participation. As tracked supply approaches the soft cap, burning takes over — until 100% of losses are burned.

Prize Reserve governor

Game-driven reserve contributions are capped at 0.1% of current supply per 2-hour window until supply reaches 90M — so minting the remaining supply takes a minimum of roughly six months.

Treasury cap

The Treasury is capped at 10M RFLH. Once funded, raffle fees re-route to the Prize Reserve — value can’t be trapped by an inactive admin.

Game Credits

Non-transferable, non-tradable gameplay credits created by burning RFLH. Wins mint RFLH; losses burn the credits. Incentives without instant sell pressure.
